November 15 – Berkeley City Hall – (Andree Julian)
Berkeley City Hall was inspired by a Mairie on the Loire river in France and was built in 1909. Surrounded by tall trees it is an interesting landmark on Martin Luther King and Center Streets in downtown Berkeley. There is a park across the street where you can paint from. Metered parking. Optional lunch after painting in a nearby cafe. In case of rain or inclement weather, we will paint in an indoor location where you can bring unfinished paintings to work on.
