Oct 2nd- 1715 ELM STREET, El Cerrito (between Potrero & Hill). We were rained out in September. Everyone liked the site and wanted to return.

According to Tom Panas from El Cerrito Historical Society, the Rodini house is the third oldest in El Cerrito, built in about 1905. The location is between Potrero and Hill Streets.

5:30-7:30 pm – Deliver your artwork for EC Art Assn. Annual Exhibit to EC Community Center.

OCT 9th – CRANEWAY PAVILLION – Marina Way south to Lucretia Edwards Park or Rosie the Riveter Visitors Center. 1414 Harbor Way South. Take Cutting Blvd west to South Harbour Way. Turn into gated parking lot behind Craneway Pavillion and tell the guard you are going to the restaurant (which is a good place for a late breakfast or for your lunch.) . Park near the water and walk along the Bay in “Rosie the Riveter WWII Home Front National Historic Park”. There are benches, some shade and fantastic views.

Clumps of trees and berms provide shelter from the wind.

Oct 30– TILDEN PARK CAROUSEL – To my surprise the merry go round is not open to riders on Thursdays. Most of our group did not take advantage of the Monday sessions, so here is a chance to visit that will fit your schedule! The Carousel (Merry-Go-Round) is on Central Park Drive, north of Lake Anza. Enter Tilden from the intersection of Spruce/Grizzly Peak Blvd onto Canon Drive and stay right to Central Park Dr.   Follow signs to the Merry-Go-Round.
