We meet at the site on Thursdays 11 am – 1 pm and welcome all artists. If you wish to socialize and share your work, meet at 1:00. 

It’s back to familiar places for now to stay away from hillsides and anywhere there are tall trees, until things dry out a bit and the wind dies down.

From Berkeley, N.Oakland take The Alameda to the Circle, Arlington Ave, left onto Rincon, first parking lot on right is Blake. From north, Arlington Ave, right onto Rincon.

Feb 9: MEEKER SLOUGH, Richmond
Directions: From Berkeley, N. Oakland take Hwy 80 onto 580 toward Richmond Bridge. Take South 23rd St./Marina Bay exit off 580. Turn left over highway on Marina Bay(1st traffic light.) Continue on Marina Bay across Regatta (4th traffic light). Turn left on to Bayside Dr. Parking in small area accessing path to Slough.

Feb 16: *ESPRESSO ROMA CAFE, 1549 Hopkins Street, Berkeley
Monterey Blvd. is the cross street. At this neighborhood coffee bar you may stay and paint, or go across the street to the Monterey Market, or down the block to Berkeley Horticultural Nursery.

Feb 23: *SHOREBIRD PARK, 160 University Ave, Berkeley
Take University Ave west towards the Bay.  At the end of University Avenue, turn left onto Seawall Drive, where there’s parking.  Walk east along the path towards the South Sailing Basin.  There are several interesting aquatic and hillside views along the waterfront.
