|Register Your Artwork||Go to our Online Entry Form and enter your artwork information. Members may also register for Bin Sales here.
You will need to know the number of entries that you wish to submit, their category, medium, title and sale price for each item.
|Pay Fees Online (preferred)||After entering online, our payment page will appear to let you pay securely online by credit card or PayPal (no PayPal account needed).|
|Or, Pay by Check||If you prefer to pay by check, print out your registration receipt (from the payment page) and mail it with a check payable to ECAA at

|Payment Deadlines||Early Bird: Aug 15th;
Final: Sept 15th
Note: Your entry is complete only when payment is received (by whatever means.)
|Label Your Artwork||Download and print identification labels for your artwork.
Complete the labels and attach to your entries, or bin sale items.
Pick it up!

Art Pick-up: Sunday, October 6, 4:15-5:00 pm
Unclaimed art over 14 days will be donated.
