Come to our Friday night reception 7 – 9 pm and join the artists and appreciators at this much anticipated event. It’s exciting to see each other again!

As our finale for the year, it’s a chance to meet in the spacious social hall open to the garden of the El Cerrito Community Center. This traditional October weekend exhibit reflects the legacy of our founders and our continuing artistic expressions.

Our media categories include watercolor, oil, acrylic, sculpture, photography, pastel, printmaking, mixed media, and more. A special theme category “Abundance” is open to one entry per artist in their chosen medium, making for an eclectic collection of style and substance. Each category receives first, second, and third place ribbons judged by professional artists.

The Treasure Hunt provides an exciting opportunity for a cash prize and showcases the support of merchants and donors with designated artwork marked by an array of ribbons. The winner is drawn from completed ballots and will be contacted after the show.

As always, our bonus of unframed art will be available to peruse and purchase on Saturday 11 – 5 and Sunday 11 – 4.
