Schedule & Deadlines

Early Bird Entry: August 15th Payment
Final Entry: September 15th Payment
Art Receiving: Thursday, October 3rd, 5-7 pm
Art Pick-up: Sunday, October 6th, 4:15-5:00 pm


Non-member: $25 per entry
Member: $15 per Early Bird entry by Aug 15th
$20 per entry Aug 16th – Sep 15th
Members’ Bin Sales: $10 flat rate, up to 6 items
Membership: $35 per calendar year

How to Enter

Register Your Artwork Go to our Online Entry Form and enter your artwork information. Members may also register for Bin Sales here.

You will need to know the total number of entries, category, medium, title and sale price for each item. Refer to allowable categories here and eligibility/presentation requirements here

Pay Fees  Then, our payment page will appear for secure online payment by credit card or PayPal (no PayPal account needed).

If you prefer to pay by check, print out your registration receipt (from the payment page) and mail it, along with a check payable to ECAA, to

Entry Deadlines Early Bird: August 15th
Final: September 15th Note: Your entry is complete only when payment is received.
Label Your Artwork Download and print identification labels for your artwork.

Attach to your entries or bin sale items.
Please do not mail labels!

Deliver Art Receiving: Thursday, October 3, 5:00-7:00 pm
Pick Up Art Pick-up: Sunday, October 6, 4:15-5:00 pm
Unclaimed art over 14 days will be donated.
