We meet at the site on Thursdays 11 am – 1 pm and welcome all artists. We’ll resume meeting afterward at the site to share our work with each other at 1 pm.
June 5: Trail at 1100 King Court, El Cerrito
Turn onto King Drive from Moeser Lane (on the north side, the third street down from Arlington Blvd.) At the bend in the street, turn left onto King Court. Park along the street and walk along the trail down to a beautiful view of the Bay, lots of mature trees, etc.
June 12: *Gyuto Foundation (Buddhist Temple) Grounds 6401 Bernhard Ave., Richmond
Take Arlington Blvd north, then turn right onto Elm Ave. Next, turn left on to Kensington Ave and immediately turn right onto Elm Ave. The destination is on the right.
June19: *Blake Gardens: 70 Rincon Road, Kensington
Let’s see what the garden looks like in late spring! Directions: from the north, take Arlington Blvd to Kensington and turn right onto Rincon Rd. Turn right again into the driveway for the parking lot. From the south, turn left shortly before the flashing light at the Kensington library on the right. Then turn left into the driveway for the parking lot. Rincon Rd meets Arlington Blvd both north and south of the big church on the west of Arlington Blvd.
June 26: *Berkeley Marina
Take University Avenue in Berkeley west towards the Bay. Just past Hana and Bill’s Sportfishing and Guide service there is a parking lot on the right. We’ll meet there, then head north towards the marina or Horseshoe Park.
