We meet at the site on Thursdays 11am – 1:30 pm and welcome all artists. If you wish to share your work meet back at 1:15.

July 4: NO Plein Air! Come to the World One Festival at Cerrito Vista Park and
visit ECAA’s booth, plus six member artists in a line-up! www.worldoneradio.org

*July 8: 7-9 pm Our regular second Monday meeting features a Solstice Social
and Potluck, Plein Air Showcase and Sale of donated art materials to benefit our
Annual Show Prizes. Five plein air artists will share their paintings, experiences,
techniques and ideas for making art outdoors.

July 11: Meeker Slough, Richmond From Berkeley take I-80 north. Merge
onto I-580 toward San Rafael/Richmond Bridge. Exit at South 23rd Street/Marina
Bay and turn left onto Marina Bay Parkway. Continue just past Regatta Blvd (4th
light), turn left onto Bayside Drive. At the end is a small parking area and a path
to the slough.

July 18: The Fountain at the (Marin) Circle Go up Marin Avenue into the circle.
There is space to paint at the top of Fountain Walk and the area separating
Mendocino and Los Angeles Aves. Info at www.friendsofthefountainandwalk.org

July 25: Lake Temescal, 6500 Broadway, Oakland North Entrance
Take Ashby Avenue past the Claremont Hotel, which changes to Tunnel Road.
Stay in the left lane and follow signs for Highway 24 Walnut Creek. Make a left
turn at the light. Go up the hill and make a right turn on the overpass and another
right onto Broadway. Do not get on the freeway. Drive 0.6 mi. and make a left
turn into the parking lot at a big sign “Temescal Recreation Area”. There is a
kiosk but usually no attendant taking fees during the week. Meet at the back left
